For so many reasons, but I’ll give you two.
Ends tomorrow. Race is Saturday.
1 mile swim, 27 mile bike, 5 mile run.
Training was put in.
Work was done.
Improvement was made.

Get motivation to run in the morning. Clif bar and go....
Damn, you probably already went and I have a bike on the agends for today! But I totally could do 9 next weekend at Burke Lake… We should try to work that out.
I have a 5K on Saturday morning and then an Alpha Gam training at 10am on Sunday morning… So I could join you for at least one loop early Sunday (4/15)?
Next few weekends:
4/14: Wolf Trap 5K
4/20 (Friday): 10 miles
4/22: 5 miles (early - going to Craft Beer & Food Truck Festival at noon)
4/29: 11 miles
5/5 or 5/6: 12 miles (also might be in TN? not sure yet)
5/12 or 5/13: probably around 7 miles
5/20: Historic Half in Fredericksburg
