I need to getting my eating and weight in line again. Between stress from work and school, I’ve been a little too careless in what goes in my mouth. So starting back on track:

11/14/12: 150.6

So I don’t really talk about weighing in so much anymore. But I still do it every Wednesday. Sometimes it’s good… Sometimes it’s not so good.

This morning was good as I found out from Lose it. I’ve officially lost 50 pounds since starting last January. 

I’ve learned so much in the past year. 

Learned to run. Learned to love to run. Learned to lift. Learned to lift heavy.

Learned to eat. Learned to eat good food. Learned to eat good food only when you’re hungry. 

Learned that the number on the scale is just that, a number. Learned that how your clothes fit is a better indication. Learned that how YOU feel is the best indication.

Beginning of January (1/2): 151.6
January 4: 152.2
January 11: 150.4
January 18: 152.0

February 1: 149.3!

Month Difference: -2.3
I was scared to weigh in this morning - but I did and I’m glad I did! Feels good to meet a goal again for once.

February goal: 145

End of December (12/20): 153.3
Beginning of January (1/2): 151.6
January 4: 152.2
January 11: 150.4
January 18: 152.0 

Difference: +1.6
Hmm. Expected that after this weekend - but it was a good weekend surrounded by friends and it’s a temporary gain.

It’s been a while friends. I think I needed a little break. I’ve been reading but haven’t had much to say so I’ve just been hanging out. 2012 is here and I’ve got my goals but I feel a bit in limbo which is probably why I haven’t said anything about them. Maybe soon though.

So let’s get down to business.

Last weigh-a-day before I had to take a break because it was frustrating me too much (12/20): 153.3
January 2: 151.6
January 4: 152.2

So surprising over Christmas & New Years I went down. Good news. :)

January goal: below 150
I just want to break 150!

About freakin’ time! 

Weighed in this morning at 152.7… let’s just hope this trend continues! 

Initial weigh in: 156.6
November 29: 152.7
GH4Lr2 goal: -15 pounds
Total lost: 3.9 pounds (2.5%)
Left to goal: -11.1 pounds

I don’t think 11 pounds in 20 or so days will happen but I’m just glad to not be at zero lost anymore!

Slept through all three of my alarms, even after going to sleep at 9 last night.

But weighed in at 154.7 - much better than yesterday’s 156.6! I just don’t think my body likes Tuesdays. ;)

I don’t understand it but I’ll take it! :) (because of my eating… The past two days have been out of control.)

October goal: 149.9

Week Three: What I can do better:
Weekend eating was okay, the holiday yesterday killed me. Sitting at home trying to busy myself was killer. So no bored eating!!

Week Three: What I’m proud of:
My runs this week - they’ve just felt really strong. AND I tried Zumba again! Still felt really uncoordinated but I’m going back this week.
OH! And I fit into the size 6 dress I bought for my friends wedding in November. That’s kinda a big deal.

Week Three: Goal:
To avoid all of the delicious snacks at training this week - why do people insist on feeding people cookies and crackers for snacks. Where are the fruit and veggies?!
