Wolf Trap Run for the Arts 5K
Thank goodness the weather held out. It actually turned out to be a really lovely day and a great morning for a run. The 5K course was more hilly than I expected but I chugged through, walking up only two of the many many hills - coming out to about a 12 minute mile pace. You can see where all of the hills were on my map, pretty accurate.
My finishing time according to Wolf Trap: 38:14.8 149 out of the 241 running (49/62 in my age group)
According to my phone: 38:29 (but I didn’t stop it until crossing the finish line :) )
3.19 miles.
Can’t wait do this one again next year!
