Back to being single!!

May (so far): 93miles biked, 16 miles run
Doubled my biking, need to get my running back up....
I would say the storm and power outage affected my workouts.. but seeing as it only happened on Friday, I don’t have much excuse.

Friday 6/29: 4 recovery miles (AM) Does walking
around DC and then dancing for hours count as a work out?
Saturday 6/30: 3 miles (if possible) PR Distance
Training Program - step two to getting my mind and body back into marathon
training. First great run in a while - 4 miles with Kathy! Even though we
didn’t get home from the bar until 1:30 and I’m pretty sure I was still
drunk waking up at 5, it was a good time. I haven’t had a chance to
transfer it from my Garmin since we haven’t had power!
Sunday 7/1: Rest - volunteer transition training - check! I’m
officially ready to volunteer - I’ll post when I’ll be working and you can
come visit me at the Smithsonian American History Museum!
