Ends tomorrow. Race is Saturday.
1 mile swim, 27 mile bike, 5 mile run.
Training was put in.
Work was done.
Improvement was made.

:) not completely. I just realize that my weaknesses come in the forms of grains, dairy and sugar so I’m trying to limit those from my food choices. I’ve been pretty good at the meals that I fix myself; however, eating out has been where limiting diary and grains goes out the window.
