People are so rude sometimes. This guy on the phone that I was trying to help was incredibly impatient and wouldn’t even give me a moment to collect my thoughts so I could try to solve HIS problem. So I called him out that he didn’t need to be rude, that I was trying to help him and he needed to be a little more patient and his answer to that was ask who else could help him which is no one, because I’m the processor that works on his program. So he said he would just call back to our general number tomorrow… where he’ll talk to me again…. yay… I’m really looking forward to that.
