Roswell has a stress fracture.
So no running, elliptical, biking for him for six weeks. Makes training for a marathon a little difficult. We’re looking at getting passes to the RecCenter nearby so he can swim laps to maintain some cardio. Any tips on dealing with stress fracture healing?

Marathon Training: Week 2 Recap
Last week was full of fail. In regards to exercise at least, the week was great in terms of social life. I’m not entirely sure what happened… I have a few ideas but they would just be excuses. Loving this weather...
Another great long run - 7 miles on the W&OD. I love the 65°-70° weather. It’s really perfect for running for me. Roswell & I split a chicken quesadilla and fresh squeezed lemonade at the Vienna Farmers Market after the run. What a great morning. First week of marathon training (officially)
The Marine Corps Marathon is officially 145 days away! This is the base week of training before the 20 weeks of the schedule. Last week was hard.
I’m not sure why. My back hurt, I would get pain down the outside of my right leg when running, I was in funk, nothing seemed to click. Until Saturday.
